Educational Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, preferably within the hospitality field.

Experience Required:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Reservation Executive, you will be a crucial part of the front-line team, ensuring that guests have a seamless and pleasant experience from the moment they make a reservation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing Reservations: Handle and confirm guest room reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every booking.
• Data Entry: Input all reservation details into the Hotel Management System, recording all relevant information to ensure smooth operations.
• Guest Interaction: Attend to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
• Stay Informed: Remain up-to-date with promotions offered by the hotel and its competitors, providing guests with the most accurate and enticing information.
• Follow Procedures: Adhere to established procedures for processing room reservations, including rates, confirmations, and details about hotel facilities.
• Product Knowledge: Exhibit thorough knowledge of the hotel’s offerings, rate structures, and management practices.
• Record Keeping: Maintain an organized filing system for all correspondence and reports as required by the Revenue Manager.
• Public Relations: Promote and maintain good public relations, making efforts to maximize business and build lasting relationships with guests.
• Room Status Management: Ensure that room availability status is accurate at all times, allowing for efficient booking and guest satisfaction.
• Communication: Ensure all incoming calls are answered according to the hotel’s standards, and keep a real-time check on incoming emails.
• OTA Handling: Be familiar with the procedures for handling Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to manage online bookings effectively.
