As a Relationship Associate – Acquiring, your primary duties will include:
Client Relationship Management:
Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with merchants and clients in the acquiring business.
Ensure continuous engagement and support to clients, addressing queries and issues promptly.
Merchant Onboarding:
Assist in onboarding new merchants for digital payment solutions, including POS machines and e-commerce payment gateways.
Sales and Business Development:
Actively seek and acquire new business opportunities for digital payments and merchant services.
Support in achieving assigned sales targets and market penetration objectives.
Account Management:
Maintain merchant portfolios and ensure smooth operational support for their digital payment needs.
Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of client services, problem resolution, and technical support.
Reporting:
Prepare and present reports on merchant performance, account activities, and sales growth.
Education:
Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Banking, or any related field from a recognized university.
Experience:
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in relationship management, sales, or digital banking/acquiring services are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of digital banking products, merchant acquiring, and e-commerce solutions.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Ability to meet targets and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
