As an Assistant Manager HR, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Develop and maintain a sustainable talent acquisition strategy.
Build and nurture talent pipelines with potential candidates and previous applicants for future staffing needs.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, introducing cost-effective and impactful initiatives.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
Organizational Development:
Ensure availability and regular updates of the company’s organograms.
Maintain an up-to-date Job Description (JD) database for all positions.
HR Operations Support:
Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure smooth HR operations.
Support management with workforce planning and internal HR projects.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or Human Resource Management (MHRM) from a recognized institution.
Experience:
2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the textile sector.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple HR tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
Proficiency in HRMS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, employee engagement programs, and organizational planning.
