As an EDP Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Document Formatting and Management:
Format audit and business documents professionally using MS Word, ensuring alignment with the firm’s branding and professional standards.
Create, review, and edit reports, proposals, and other official documents for accuracy and consistency.
Coordination:
Manage multiple document tasks across different teams and projects.
Coordinate effectively with team members to meet tight deadlines and quality requirements.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure error-free and professionally styled documents.
Review documents for grammatical accuracy, proper formatting, and completeness.
Technical Support:
Assist teams with basic troubleshooting related to document formatting.
Utilize MS Office tools and PDF editors to enhance document presentation when necessary.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commerce or Computer Science.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputable audit firm or a role involving professional document formatting.
Fresh graduates with excellent MS Office skills are also encouraged to apply!
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Word (advanced document formatting).
Familiarity with MS Excel and PDF editing tools is a plus.
Other Skills:
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Good written English communication skills.
