As an Assistant Store Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
Store Operations Management:
Support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked at all times.
Sales & Customer Service:
Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of customer care.
Drive store sales and meet or exceed sales targets through effective team management and customer engagement.
Team Supervision:
Assist in recruiting, training, motivating, and managing the store team.
Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and daily performance to optimize productivity.
Visual Merchandising:
Ensure that product displays and visual merchandising are aligned with brand standards and promotional activities.
Implement floor moves and seasonal changes as required.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock audits, and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field).
Experience:
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in retail operations, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
Key Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on sales performance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail software is a plus.
