• Position Title: Senior Officer Academics (Primary)

• Location: Islamabad

📋 Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Officer Academics (Primary), your major duties will include:

• Academic Query Resolution:

  • Address and resolve academic-related queries and issues raised by campuses or NWAs concerning DLPs, SOWs, exam papers, marking keys, curriculum, books, and workbooks.

• Professional Development:

  • Plan, manage, and organize internal and external training programs for School Heads and teachers.

  • Conduct workshops to elevate teaching standards, particularly in primary-level English.

• Curriculum Development & Support:

  • Support the Head Office Academics Team in developing, reviewing, and providing feedback on academic materials such as curricula, publications, DLPs, and readers.

  • Ensure high-quality curriculum implementation across schools.

• School Evaluation & Quality Assurance:

  • Assist with school evaluations to ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

  • Evaluate the accessibility and effectiveness of learning environments and resources.

• Customer Satisfaction:

  • Maintain strong communication with campuses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and academic excellence.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  • Minimum Master’s degree in Education, English, or a related domain from a recognized university.

• Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant academic experience, with demonstrated expertise in teaching English at the primary level.

• Preferred Gender:

  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Travel Requirement:

  • The role involves travelling within the region for campus visits, training sessions, and evaluations.
