About the Role

As an MTO – Human Resource, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s workforce. This position offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, making it an ideal opportunity for those passionate about developing a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Support:
  • Create and distribute job postings on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screenings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in pre-employment documentation and background checks.
• Onboarding and Orientation:
  • Support the seamless onboarding of new hires.
  • Conduct informative orientation sessions to help new employees assimilate into the company.
• HR Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain an up-to-date applicant database.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Assist in issuing employment contracts and other HR-related documentation.
• Recruitment Events:
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract top talent.

Who Should Apply?

• Education: A BBA or MBA, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
