Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture partnerships within the agricultural ecosystem of Punjab.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze and solve complex challenges related to service delivery.
• Design and improve operational processes using effective methodologies.
• Utilize project management and reporting tools for efficient communication and execution.
• Deliver compelling presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education:
  • BBA with a specialization in Operations Management or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred.
• Experience:
  • 4-5 years of experience in partnerships management, service delivery, operations management, or similar roles.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Punjab’s agricultural ecosystem.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in process design and improvement methodologies.
  • Expertise in tools such as MS Office and project management software.
