The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to act as a bridge between multiple departments, including IT, Finance, Transport, and HR, as well as partner organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Head Office and field sites to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
- Act as the central point of contact between field sites and the Head Office, facilitating seamless communication.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as IT, Finance, Transport, and HR to support operational needs.
- Collaborate with partner organizations to align goals and ensure smooth execution of joint initiatives.
- Address and resolve operational challenges promptly to maintain organizational effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with operational and administrative procedures in a professional setting.
