About the Role

Location: Karachi
As the Head of HR Digitalization & Rewards Management, you will lead the implementation of innovative HR technologies to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and deliver an outstanding employee experience. The role encompasses end-to-end digitization of HR systems, including managing HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), system upgrades, and ensuring optimal performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing reliable data management systems and meaningful analytics before ERP deployment.
  • Establishing standardized workflows and ensuring compliance with accuracy and process improvement initiatives.
  • Crafting proactive rewards strategies and conducting salary benchmarking surveys to remain competitive in the market.
  • Leveraging people analytics to provide actionable insights for reward trends, employee engagement, and performance optimization.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM).
    • SHRM/CIPD qualification is a strong advantage.
  • Professional Experience:
    • 8–10 years of proven experience in implementing and managing HCM applications (e.g., SAP SF, Oracle) and their integrations.
    • Strong background in HR shared services and people analytics.
    • Expertise in data analysis, HR processes, and designing effective rewards programs.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in HR technology, data-driven decision-making, and rewards strategy.
    • Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
