About the Role

The Head of International Business will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Innovative Biscuits’ global expansion strategy. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to foster relationships with international stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the company’s long-term success in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a robust international business strategy aligned with the company’s global growth goals.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key international stakeholders, including distributors, partners, government agencies, and clients.
• Market Insights and Compliance:
  • Stay informed about global market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to adapt and refine business strategies.
• Data-Driven Decisions:
  • Leverage analytics to monitor progress against strategic goals, financial targets, and KPIs in international markets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and R&D to ensure seamless execution of international business initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background:
  • MBA in Supply Chain or a relevant degree.
• Professional Experience:
  • 10–12 years of experience, with at least 3–4 years in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience in the Food/FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• Skills and Attributes:
  • Proven ability to develop and implement global business strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of international market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
