Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Services Officer at Nishat Linen Retail, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction across various channels, including retail and online platforms. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Customer Interaction:
    • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and social media queries across all channels.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively and efficiently.
  2. Customer Needs Identification:
    • Proactively identify customer needs and maintain a positive brand experience.
  3. Operational Coordination:
    • Liaise with other departments and courier services, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely updates.
  4. Policy Communication:
    • Stay informed about company policies and procedures to provide accurate guidance to customers.
  5. Administrative Tasks:
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department head.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree (Hons) or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Urdu.
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
