Job Description:

Audit Programs: You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audit programs. This involves performing a range of audit procedures, including process and control walkthroughs, developing testing criteria, and reviewing and analyzing data and evidence.
Independent Assignments: The role requires the ability to handle audit assignments independently, showcasing your expertise and problem-solving skills.
Audit Strategy and Planning: Assist the Audit Manager or Head of Internal Audit in developing the Audit Strategy and the annual audit plan. Your input will be crucial in shaping the direction and focus of the audit function.
Reporting and Compliance: Prepare concisely written audit findings, detailing conclusions and agreed-upon corrective actions. You will also determine compliance with company policies, standards, procedures, and relevant statutes and government regulations.
Evaluation of Controls: Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of accounting and management controls to ensure the validity and accuracy of transactions.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with action plan development.
Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and audit team members to deliver results and support business performance.

Qualification:

The ideal candidate should be preferably part-qualified CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, or CPA. This educational background will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills for the role.

Experience:

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in internal auditing is required. This experience should have provided you with a solid foundation in audit processes and methodologies.
