Key Accountabilities:
- Sales Targets: You will be responsible for forecasting and preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for your region. This will involve a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Product Focus: Monitoring the sales of corrugated boxes and packaging will be a crucial part of your role. You’ll have the opportunity to influence product strategies and meet market demands effectively.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering the desired products on time and according to expectations is vital. You will play a key role in maintaining and building customer relationships.
- Sales and Collection Performance: Enhance both the sales and collection performance in your region. This involves strategic planning and execution to achieve financial goals.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Behaviors:
- Educational Background: An MBA degree is required, with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and team members.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills are crucial for guiding your team and driving sales strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Being proficient with Microsoft Office is important for this role.
