Global Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd. is a modern and progressive pharmaceutical company committed to providing high-quality healthcare solutions. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Senior Officer Accounts to contribute to our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Officer Accounts, you will be responsible for:
- Assets Control and Management:
- Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments, vendor invoices, and transactions related to receivables/payables in SAP.
- Post and approve customer Debit/Credit Notes and withholding tax deductions.
- Verify and post distributor discount claims.
- Approve sale orders and verify customer invoices as per SOP.
- Maintain and update customer/vendors records and update their tax status in ERP.
- Prepare monthly sales reports.
- Follow up with the sales team for the recovery of outstanding invoices.
- Coordinate with banks and prepare daily cash flow.
- Assist management in the preparation of monthly reports.
- Collaborate with distribution/sales teams for the reconciliation of customer ledger and rectify any issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualification: CMA Inter, MBA, M.COM.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years’ experience in Accounts and Finance or a similar field.
