Position: Accounts Executive
About HKB Stores:
HKB Stores is a vibrant and growing company with a focus on providing quality products to our customers. As we expand, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to contribute to our financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Record Keeping:
- Record, classify, and summarize daily financial transactions accurately.
- Perform accurate bookkeeping.
- Bank Reconciliation:
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements for assigned bank accounts.
- Prepare adjustment entries as needed to reconcile accounts.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare aging of receivables and submit a report to the Head of Accounts & Taxation.
- Check and report stock evaluation (usage & analysis) on a monthly basis.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelors in Finance or a related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Lahore (Head Office)
Salary:
