Key Responsibilities:
As an Officer – Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for:
- Recruitment Planning:
- Work with the Manager of Talent Acquisition on recruiting planning.
- Candidate Attraction:
- Attract applicants through creative job advertisements on various platforms, including professional forums, social media, and newspapers.
- Talent Hunting:
- Hunt and tap potential candidates using different mediums.
- Interviews:
- Conduct interviews based on competency-based criteria.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and manage data pools for every position according to the provided data sheet format.
- Talent Pool Development:
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Exit Interviews:
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze the outcomes for presentation to management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualification: MBA-HRM/MPA from a reputable university.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
