Requirements:
We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications and experience:
- Education: Pharm-D from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in conducting literature surveys for new product development.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing trial batches and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
- Efficient in addressing challenges related to product development and suggesting process improvements.
- Skilled in devising new processes or refining existing ones to optimize manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate Manager Product Development, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough literature surveys for new product development.
- Hands-on involvement in the manufacturing of trial batches and maintaining Batch Manufacturing Records.
- Addressing challenges related to product development and suggesting process improvements.
- Devising new processes or refining existing ones to optimize the manufacturing process.
