Key Responsibilities:

As an Outlet Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our retail outlet. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Operational Management:
- Oversee all administrative areas of the store for smooth operations.
- Implement Retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.
Inventory Reconciliation:
- Execute inventory reconciliation processes with precision.
Sales Growth:
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies to meet targets.
Cash Management:
- Efficiently manage cash operations within the outlet.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and oversee the outlet team to achieve collective goals.
Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
Retail Management System (RMS):
- Manage and oversee the Retail Management System for effective operations.

Job Specification:

Education: At least a Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field (Casual Brand experience would be preferred).
Location: Bahawalpur.
