Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Planning Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Oversee work-in-progress reports daily to identify and address discrepancies.
- Production Coordination:
- Follow up on embellishments, cutting, inductions, and sewing targets to meet deadlines.
- Accessory and Loading Plans:
- Ensure timely availability of garment accessories and manage loading plans.
- Status Updates:
- Prepare and present daily production status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Induction Demand Management:
- Align induction demands with production requirements.
- Cross-Department Communication:
- Collaborate with all departments to refine micro-planning strategies.
- Production Maximization:
- Work closely with input teams to maximize production efficiency for inductions and accessories.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree (BA) or any other relevant qualification.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and planning skills.
