Northern Bottling Company, the proud bottling partner of Pepsi, is on the lookout for an experienced Line Supervisor – Sidel to join its dynamic team in Peshawar. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals skilled in high-speed beverage production operations and looking to grow in the FMCG sector.

About the Role

The Line Supervisor – Sidel will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations of high-speed Sidel production lines. This includes overseeing machinery, troubleshooting mechanical faults, maintaining records, and managing team members effectively while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Operations:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of high-speed Sidel Matrix lines, including blowers, fillers, OCME packers, labellers, Robopac, and palletizers.
• Troubleshooting:
  • Identify and resolve mechanical faults to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Maintenance and Safety:
  • Schedule regular maintenance for equipment and ensure all machinery is used safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
• Documentation:
  • Complete all production-related records and reports consistently and accurately in a timely manner.
• Team Management:
  • Effectively manage headcount for efficient line operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education:
  • Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience:
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Beverages or FMCG sector.
  • Hands-on experience with Sidel Matrix machinery is a must.
• Skills:
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in managing high-speed production lines.
  • Excellent record-keeping and team management skills.
