• Job Title: Monitoring & Evaluation Fellow

🎯 Role Purpose

As an M&E Fellow, you will:

• Monitor and evaluate digital interventions in classrooms

• Assess the impact of technology on student learning outcomes

• Work closely with educators and technologists to improve digital tools and teaching methods

• Identify gaps in school readiness, infrastructure, or digital integration and recommend solutions

• Ensure sustainability of the program by refining strategies and tools for long-term success

This role is both hands-on and analytical, giving you the opportunity to be on the front lines of EdTech transformation while shaping future educational policies and strategies.

📚 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in:

  • Computer Science

  • Information Technology

  • Engineering

  • Education Technology (EdTech)

  • Or any related field

💼 Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in:

  • EdTech implementation

  • IT support in educational settings

  • Digital learning platforms or tools

  • Monitoring & Evaluation in tech-enabled education

🛠️ Key Skills & Competencies

• ✅ Expertise in digital education interventions and classroom technology integration

• ✅ Strong knowledge of hardware and open-source tools, including:

  • Smart Boards

  • Chromebooks

  • LMS platforms

• ✅ Ability to assess school infrastructure and recommend tech upgrades

• ✅ Proficient in M&E methodologies, data collection, and analysis

• ✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills
