Role Overview

The Future Talent Program Specialist will play a key role in the recruitment, development, and management of the company’s talent pipeline. This position will focus on designing and implementing strategies to attract, train, and retain top talent for DWP Group’s diverse industries, including consumer electronics, cement manufacturing, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and IT sectors. The Specialist will work closely with HR teams, leadership, and external partners to develop talent management strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Development & Recruitment:
    • Identify and engage potential future leaders for the company.
    • Design and implement strategies to attract high-potential candidates from various educational institutions and industry pools.
    • Manage internship, graduate, and entry-level talent programs to foster growth and leadership within DWP Group.
  2. Learning and Development:
    • Collaborate with the HR team to create and execute development programs that enhance employee skills and career progression.
    • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to industry trends.
  3. Talent Management:
    • Support the integration of new talent into the company culture and ensure their growth within the organization.
    • Partner with department heads to ensure the alignment of talent development initiatives with overall business goals.
  4. Program Management:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the talent programs, including monitoring progress, tracking results, and providing reports to senior management.
    • Organize workshops, career development sessions, and mentorship opportunities to ensure continuous learning and professional growth.
  5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with HR, recruitment teams, and external partners to create a cohesive talent strategy that supports the company’s growth across various industries.
    • Facilitate regular feedback sessions with participants to gather insights and improve the program’s outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Future Talent Program Specialist role, candidates should meet the following qualifications and experience:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development (L&D), or Talent Management roles.
    • Experience in program management, employee development, or recruitment is highly preferred.
