Position: HR Executive

Responsibilities

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s human resource functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Facilitate hiring processes and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.
• Attendance & Leave Management: Oversee accurate record-keeping of employee attendance and leave.
• Employee Records: Maintain updated employee files and databases.

Requirements
