Key Responsibilities

As an Admin Executive, you will be at the core of ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Petty Cash Management: Handling petty cash transactions for the head office, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper reconciliation.
  2. Vendor Coordination: Dealing with vendors for the head office and warehouse requirements, ensuring timely services and supplies.
  3. Fuel Card Management: Issuing and blocking fuel cards with the necessary approvals.
  4. IT and Cellular Support: Managing troubleshooting, activation/deactivation, and provisioning of devices for employees.
  5. Travel Arrangements: Coordinating domestic air travel bookings and accommodations for employees after necessary approvals.
  6. Reception Oversight: Supervising reception-related concerns and ensuring seamless operations.
  7. Purchasing and Procurement:
    • Validating demands from the head office and warehouse.
    • Overseeing the entire procurement process, including paperwork, item validation, distribution, billing, and payment processing.
