Job Title: Financial Controller

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA Qualified)
Experience: 10–12 years of experience, preferably within the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing and strategizing the company’s financial operations. Key responsibilities include:

1. Financial and Tax Strategies:
   • Develop and implement robust financial and tax strategies.
   • Manage capital requests, budgeting processes, and analyze variances.
2. Operational and Accounting Excellence:
   • Ensure adherence to best accounting and financial practices in line with market standards.
   • Create and implement accounting and financial policies for capital management.
3. ERP System Management:
   • Develop ERP feasibility studies and ensure its complete implementation and documentation.
4. Financial Reporting:
   • Consolidate profit and loss statements and balance sheets for all group entities.
   • Generate performance measures aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
5. Legal Compliance and Audit:
   • Ensure compliance with all industry-related legal regulations.
   • Liaise with external auditors for effective annual and interim audits.
6. Pricing and Profitability:
   • Assist in product pricing, considering features and competitor pricing strategies.
   • Formulate financial plans that support tactical initiatives, ensuring improved margins and smooth cash flows.

Skills and Expertise

• Expertise in developing and managing financial strategies.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their implementation.
• Proficiency in preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance.
