Experience Required:

  • Proficient in handling various electrical equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complaint Resolution:
  • Efficiently resolve assigned complaints related to Cash Management Systems (CSM) and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Installation:
  • Conduct the installation of ATMs and CSMs, ensuring all processes are followed to the highest standards.
• Troubleshooting:
  • Execute precise troubleshooting techniques to quickly identify and rectify issues.
• Root Cause Analysis:
  • Provide thorough root cause analysis for all assigned tasks to prevent recurring issues.
• Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit analytical reports and documentation to the line manager, detailing the work performed and any insights gained.
