Role Overview
As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing sales across multiple retail outlets. You will be responsible for ensuring that sales targets are met, team performance is optimized, and the brand’s customer experience remains exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Management:
- Drive and achieve sales targets for assigned retail outlets.
- Develop strategies to boost revenue and improve overall sales performance.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to analyze progress.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate sales teams to ensure they deliver outstanding results.
- Train and mentor store managers and sales staff to improve their performance and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and address any gaps.
- Store Operations:
- Ensure smooth store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with store managers to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Implement company standards to maintain a consistent customer experience across outlets.
- Customer Experience:
- Oversee that customers receive top-quality service and ensure all stores follow ECS’s customer satisfaction standards.
- Address customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
- Provide valuable insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and share detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and team productivity with senior management.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in reporting across stores.
