Position Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sales initiatives, managing teams, and fostering distributor relationships. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on market share, sales force efficiency, and overall business profitability.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Sales Planning
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve secondary volume, numeric, weighted distribution, and market share targets.
  2. Team Development and Leadership
    • Manage and develop the sales team, ensuring their alignment with company objectives.
  3. Distributor and Account Management
    • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential distributors/accounts through regular market visits.
    • Analyze competitor activities and devise counterstrategies.
  4. Cold Availability and Asset Deployment
    • Enhance the availability of all SKUs in channels by boosting secondary sales.
    • Deploy and manage assets like coolers and glassware while ensuring their productivity.
  5. Route to Market (RTM) Strategy Implementation
    • Implement RTM strategies and replicate best practices across the region.
  6. Sales Force Efficiency
    • Monitor and improve sales force efficiency using KPIs, ensuring optimal performance.
  7. Performance Analysis and Profitability
    • Analyze sales KPIs, take corrective actions, and ensure profitable sales.
    • Monitor discounts, variable margins, gross profit, and Net Sales Revenue (NSR).
    • Ensure distributor profitability and long-term business sustainability.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: BBA/MBA with specialization in Marketing.
  • Experience: 8–10 years of proven experience in sales within the Beverages/FMCG sector.
  • Location: Islamabad.
