About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to drive vehicle sales, build lasting relationships with customers, and ensure their satisfaction through your expertise and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives and gather feedback from customers about their experience.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to build long-term relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Stay updated on vehicle features, new models, market trends, financing options, and promotions.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Submit detailed sales reports to management in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Support front desk operations and attend customer calls as needed.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management as required.

Who Should Apply?

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales role, preferably in an OEM or automotive dealership.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute.
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentable, quick learner with a passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
