Job Overview: Facilities Manager

Key Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelors or above

Experience: 3-5 years

Availability:

All weekdays
Weekends and Holidays as per requirement
Available to travel within Pakistan when directed by the company

Expertise:

Expert in MS Word and MS Excel
Typing expert in English and Urdu
Experience in civil engineering (Degree not necessary)
Adaptable to work in a factory environment

Key Responsibilities:

Repair and Maintenance: Efficiently manage the company’s owned and rented facilities, overseeing repair and maintenance operations to ensure a safe and functional environment.
Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to determine requirements, establish timelines, and assess costs for various facility-related projects.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship meets company standards.
Work Orders and Contracts: Create and maintain comprehensive work orders and contracts with vendors to streamline operations.
Cost Management: Ensure proper recording of all project costs and expenses incurred during facility management.
Reporting: Provide quarterly reports detailing the status of all facilities, completed and ongoing projects, and associated expenses.
