Job Description:

As a Medical Officer at MG Apparel, you will be responsible for a range of crucial tasks to ensure the health and well-being of our workforce. Key responsibilities include:

Daily O.P.D Checkup of Workers: Conduct routine check-ups for workers, monitoring and addressing any health concerns.
Diagnosis and Prescription: Accurately diagnose general diseases and recommend appropriate medicines for effective treatment.
First Aid Provision: Offer immediate first aid for all injuries, assessing the severity, and referring patients to tertiary care when necessary.
Medical Leaves: Recommend and communicate medical leaves to the respective departments, ensuring proper documentation.
Medicine Stock Management: Maintain a stock of medicines and ensure the availability of emergency medicines at all times.
Monthly Records: Keep detailed records of injuries, stock usage, and other relevant medical information on a monthly basis.
Female Hygiene Products: Supervise and manage the provision of female hygiene products, ensuring the well-being of all employees.
