Job Overview: Sourcing Manager – Indirect & Automation
Key Accountabilities:
- Transparent Supply Portfolio Management: Oversee the company’s Indirect supply portfolio, ensuring transparency in spending and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
- Cost Analysis and Reduction: Analyze and calculate procurement costs, providing insights and suggesting methods to decrease expenditure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Negotiation Strategies: Develop and implement negotiation strategies to secure profitable deals, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships with suppliers.
- Optimization of Sourcing Procedures: Continuously optimize sourcing procedures to achieve maximum efficiency, staying abreast of industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Cooperate with stakeholders across various departments to guarantee agreement on terms, processes, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Education: MBA/BSc Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to assess and strategize procurement decisions.
- MS Excel Proficiency: Adept at using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage with different stakeholders for collaborative decision-making.
