The Role – Your Responsibilities

As an Executive in Marketing at Sapphire, you’ll be entrusted with several key responsibilities:

Account Reconciliation: One of your primary tasks will be to reconcile customer accounts. This involves ensuring that payments and outstanding balances are accurately recorded. Your meticulous attention to detail will be invaluable in this regard.
Financial Data Updates: You will be responsible for accurately updating financial data related to accounts receivable. This is a critical aspect of maintaining transparent and organized financial records.
Record Keeping: You will need to maintain organized records of customer transactions. This means your organizational skills will be put to good use.
Customer Relations: In this role, building and maintaining positive relationships with customers is paramount. You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely payments while fostering excellent rapport.

Qualifications and Experience

For this role, we’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications and experience:

Education: A degree in B. Com, M. Com, or ACCA is necessary.
Experience: Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in relevant fields will be considered. If you’re just starting your career or are a bit more seasoned, you are welcome to apply.

Skills and Knowledge

The ideal candidate should have:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and costing concepts.
Analytical skills that help in dissecting financial data and drawing valuable insights.
Familiarity with Oracle (ERP), a tool that is widely used for efficient management of financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to connect with customers and team members is vital.
