A Glimpse into Your Role:

As the Assistant Manager-Merchandiser at Beechtree, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating the production and merchandising processes. Your responsibilities include:

Production and Sampling Follow-ups: Engage with vendors to ensure production and sampling align with delivery and sampling dates, respectively.
Tech-Pack Management: Receive tech-packs from the design team and meticulously enter them into the master file.
Vendor Allocation: Skillfully allocate vendors against all complete categories, ensuring a harmonious distribution.
Master File Updates: Keep the master file up-to-date with daily entries covering sampling, production, and audit updates.
Coordination with Graphic Designers: Collaborate with the graphic design team to send tech-packs and artwork to the relevant departments.
Query Resolution: Act as a point of contact for vendors, resolving their queries on a daily basis, fostering effective communication.
Approval Coordination: Work closely with the design team for approvals in both sampling and bulk production.
Auditor Interaction: Coordinate with auditors to address and resolve any queries they may have during the audit process.
Vendor Visits: Visit vendor units regularly to expedite production and ensure seamless collaboration.
Shoot Coordination: Collaborate with vendors on shoot details, ensuring a cohesive representation of the brand.

Qualifications and Experience:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
Professional Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity, showcasing your expertise in merchandising.
Location: The vibrant city of Lahore.
