Experience: While we welcome fresh graduates, up to 1 year of relevant experience in handling HR functions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for our growing team.
Employee Onboarding: Contribute to the seamless onboarding process for new hires, helping them integrate smoothly into the Berger Paints family.
HR Administration: Support in HR administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Employee Engagement: Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
Training and Development: Assist in identifying training needs and contribute to the development of programs that nurture the skills and growth of our employees.
Performance Management: Play a role in the performance management process, aiding in evaluations and goal-setting exercises.
