Position Overview: Branch Manager, Islamic Banking Group

Locations: Karachi, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Peshawar, Swat, Ghorghasti, Sohawa, Ghazi, Khawaza Khela, Sarai Alamgir, Hassanabdal, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in the banking industry (preferably in Islamic Banking)

Key Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in leading branch operations and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Strategy Implementation: Developing and executing growth strategies to achieve the branch’s financial targets.
• Customer Base Expansion: Building a strong customer network to market and promote Soneri Bank’s Islamic banking products.
• Product Promotion: Cross-selling various consumer asset products to meet customers’ financial needs.
• Financial Oversight: Reviewing financial reports and ledgers to ensure all transactions meet the bank’s regulatory standards.
• Audit & Compliance: Facilitating internal/external audits and ensuring compliance with prudential regulations and internal policies.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Business Acumen: Proficiency in driving branch profitability while ensuring operational efficiency.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory guidelines in Islamic Banking.
• Analytical Skills: Capable of interpreting financial reports and making informed business decisions.
