  • Experience: To thrive in this position, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the same field. Your previous experience will be invaluable in providing exceptional customer service.


As a Customer Service Executive at Sitara Textile, you will have a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Messenger and DMS Management: You will be in charge of managing all messengers and direct message platforms to ensure effective communication with customers.
  • Content and Campaign Oversight: Oversee and manage all content and campaigns, including our social media pages, to engage with our audience effectively.
  • Customer Query Handling: Respond to customer queries in a timely manner using various communication channels, including phone calls, email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable in handling department responsibilities as needed.


This position is based in Lahore, so candidates should be Lahore-based or willing to relocate.
