Position: Junior Manager HR Operations
Key Requirements:
- Education: A BBIT, BBA, or MBA from accredited universities, preferably with an HR focus, is required. Your educational background will provide the foundation for success in this role.
- Experience: To excel in this position, you should have 4-6 years of relevant HR experience. Previous experience in HR operations is highly valued.
- Employee Life Cycle Management: You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the employee life cycle, which includes overseeing HR operations such as payroll, final settlements, expenses, loans, and more.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel is crucial for this role. You should be comfortable working with HR software and tools.
- Attention to Detail: A strong attention to detail is essential, along with swift follow-up on HR operations matters.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach are key for building strong relationships with our team.
- FMCG Industry Experience: While not mandatory, previous experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is preferred.
