Job Overview: As a Sales Operations Executive at Utopia Industries, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of sales operations. From processing orders and generating sales invoices to managing inventory and addressing customer queries, your responsibilities will significantly contribute to the efficiency of the sales department. Job Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders from distributors and IMT/LMT departmental stores.
2. Invoicing: Generate sales tax invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Sample Requisition: Handle sample requisition processing efficiently.
4. Customer Ledger Reconciliation: Reconcile customer ledgers to ensure accuracy.
5. Payment Processing: Track, record, and apply customer payments to relevant invoices.
6. Inventory Management: Manage distributor’s inventory effectively.
7. Claims Handling: Handle Distributor & IMTs claims efficiently and record them.
8. Sales Reporting: Prepare secondary/primary sales reports.
9. Customer Correspondence: Correspond with Distributors and IMTs to address queries.
10. Stock Management: Manage and handle damage & expiry stocks from Distributors.
11. Finance Support: Support the Finance Department in monthly closing.
12. Data Analysis: Process, reconcile, and report daily sales and collection data.
13. Sales Team Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team on a daily basis regarding sales and collection issues.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in sales operations.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, team player with a positive and collaborative mindset, attention to detail.
