Job Overview: As an Assistant Manager QMS at CRESCENT Bahüman, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and improving the Quality Management System. Your role will involve meticulous documentation, coordination of continuous improvement projects, internal QMS audits, and resolution of non-conformances. This position is crucial for overseeing the implementation of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) for both external and internal complaints or major non-compliance instances. If you are detail-oriented, have a knack for root cause analysis, and are passionate about maintaining quality standards, this role is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Documentation of QMS: Ensure comprehensive documentation of the Quality Management System.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Plan and coordinate continuous improvement projects to enhance overall quality processes.
  3. Internal QMS Audits: Conduct internal audits and liaise with relevant departments for the resolution of non-conformances.
  4. PDCA Implementation: Oversee the implementation of PDCA for external/internal complaints or major non-compliance.
  5. SOPs Oversight: Supervise all documentation and SOPs related to quality processes.
  6. SOPs Validation: Validate the implementation of SOPs in operations.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, candidates should have:

  • Education: BSc Textile Engineering / MS TQM.
  • Work Experience: 3 years in a relevant capacity.

Skills: The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Lean Manufacturing: Understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • 5 Whys: Proficiency in using the “5 Whys” technique for root cause analysis.
  • Plan Do Check Action (PDCA): Experience in implementing PDCA cycles.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Strong analytical skills for effective root cause analysis.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of quality processes.
