Requirements:

  • Education: BBA/BA/Equivalence Degree
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in the Food/FMCG Industry, preferably in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Sales Reporting: Compile and report monthly sales figures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Return Handling: Efficiently handle product returns, providing necessary support to customers.
  • Records Maintenance: Update and maintain all sales records, region-wise and distributor-wise, for effective decision-making.
  • Primary Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and management of primary sales activities.
  • Claims & Return Management: Manage and process claims and returns in adherence to company policies.
  • Distribution Data Management: Oversee the management of distribution data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Field Force Expense Management: Monitor and manage expenses related to the field force, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Liaison with Departments: Act as a bridge between the sales team and other departments, including Sales Ops, HR, and Admin, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Administration of Regional Offices: Handle administrative tasks related to regional offices, contributing to operational efficiency.
