Position: Purchase Executive

Role Description

As a Purchase Executive at Master Group, your role will be multifaceted and crucial to the smooth functioning of our operations. Key responsibilities include:

Generate Purchase Orders: Utilize Oracle and our in-house software to generate accurate and timely purchase orders.
Price Comparison: Create comprehensive price comparison sheets to facilitate decision-making.
Coordination: Coordinate with the store department for Goods Receipt Note (GRN) follow-ups and address other purchase-related issues.
Payment Handling: Follow up on payments with the Accounts department and manage payment processes with vendors.
Documentation: Handle all documentation related to purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Reconciliation: Reconcile customer material billing and maintain daily inventory reconciliations.
Data Entry: Complete ad-hoc reporting and data entry tasks as needed.
Invoice Reconciliation: Reconcile invoices to purchase orders, GRN’s, and address price variances.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Qualification: BBA/MBA in Supply Chain.

The position is based in Gulberg, Lahore.
