Position: Accounts Executive
Job Description
As an Accounts Executive at Nishat Chunian Group, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Formulate and File: Handle the formulation and filing of indirect exports and local purchases in WEBOC/PSW module.
- Record Keeping: Liaise with relevant departments to maintain accurate records of daily sales and purchases.
- Sheet Preparation: Prepare and compile sales and raw material consumption sheets as needed.
- Stock Management: Conduct monthly/annual stock counts and reconcile on a daily basis.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and support team members to meet deadlines for various tasks on a daily basis and during audits.
Person Specifications
- Qualification: BS in Accounting and Finance.
- Experience: Fresh up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Location
The position is based at our Head Office in Lahore.
