Role Overview: Production Executive

As a Production Executive at Shan, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks crucial to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and meet production targets.
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Apply your understanding of TPM principles to enhance equipment effectiveness, minimize downtime, and improve overall production efficiency.
LEAN and 6 Sigma: Implement LEAN methodologies and 6 Sigma tools to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Safety and GMP Standards: Ensure compliance with safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards, creating a secure and conducive working environment for the production team.
SAP Modules: Utilize your knowledge of relevant SAP modules to streamline production workflows, track inventory, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering: A solid educational foundation in engineering is essential for this role.
Experience: While 0-3 years of experience are preferred, we welcome fresh graduates with a passion for operations management in the food or CPG/FMCG industry.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with TPM, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools & concepts, and safety & GMP standards is a strong advantage.
SAP: Knowledge of relevant SAP modules is highly desirable.
