Position: Export Planning Manager

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

As an Export Planning Manager at Hilal Foods, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the export order planning process. Your responsibilities will include:

Order Confirmation: Ensuring the accurate confirmation of export orders, verifying the product’s availability as per the confirmed date.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to facilitate the execution of international business orders.
Specialized SKU Production: Planning and coordinating the production of specialized export SKUs, working closely with the production and master planner.
Readiness Alignment: Ensuring the readiness of export SKUs aligns with the Master Production Planner.
Performance Analysis: Analyzing the monthly RSF (Ready to Serve Forecast) of international business with actual orders received, highlighting any variances.
Inventory Management: Managing export-specific PM (Production Material) inventory and identifying and addressing dead or SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete) inventory.

Qualifications and Experience:

To excel in this role, you should have:

Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial and Manufacturing. Certification in CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) from APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) would be considered a plus.
Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5-6 years of hands-on experience in managing export order planning. Your experience will be invaluable in driving the success of export operations.
