Job Title: Search Engine Optimization Specialist Experience: 2-4 Years of Relevant Experience Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree & Relevant Certifications Location: Sapphire Retail Head Office, Lahore

Role Description: As a Search Engine Optimization Specialist at Sapphire, you will be responsible for optimizing our digital content to drive organic search traffic and improve the online visibility of our brand. Your expertise in SEO strategies and techniques will be crucial in enhancing our website’s search engine rankings and overall performance in the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities for improving organic search rankings.
Implement SEO strategies and content recommendations to achieve organic SEO success.
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Analyze website performance using website analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments to enhance user experience and website conversion rates.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the alignment of SEO efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a relevant field.
2-4 years of proven experience in SEO and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey SEO insights and recommendations.
In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Familiarity with website analytics tools and experience in data-driven decision making.
Understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms to optimize content.
Relevant certifications in SEO and digital marketing will be advantageous.
