Position: Executive – Civil
Key Responsibilities: As an Executive – Civil, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing Sapphire’s existing infrastructure while also overseeing ongoing extension projects. Your duties will include:
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure that existing buildings, premises, and infrastructures are well-maintained and meet the highest quality standards.
- Project Supervision: Supervise the progress of extension projects taking place on-site, making certain they stay on track and within budget.
- Project Execution: Oversee the smooth execution of planned civil works, ensuring they align with design specifications and meet quality standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments, management, and external consultants to ensure the success of projects.
- Data Analysis: Analyze plans, survey reports, maps, and other project-related data to inform design and decision-making processes.
Qualifications & Experience: To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Diploma of Associate Engineer – Civil: A foundational qualification in civil engineering.
- 3-5 Years of Experience: Relevant experience that demonstrates your ability to manage civil projects.
Skills/Knowledge: You should have a strong skill set, including:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical aspects of civil engineering.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Auto CAD, MS Office, Total Station, GPS, and GEO Tech.
