Position: Operations Manager

Locations: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Peshawar

Eligibility:

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized institute or university. Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred.

Job Description:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overall Supervision: Overseeing all general operations of the branch.
• Compliance: Ensuring strict compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and Meezan Bank’s policies and branch banking SOPs during all transaction processing.
• Policy Adherence: Ensuring that the branch staff adheres to all policies of the Bank and regulatory bodies.
