As an Internal Audit Officer at Beechtree, your responsibilities will include:
- Physical Inventory Management: Conducting physical scanning and counting of all inventory items.
- Reconciliation: Ensuring a meticulous reconciliation of physical inventories with the system.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, including over/short shipments, returns, and unknown products, based on physical counts and historical data.
- Monitoring Inventory Movement: Keeping a vigilant eye on inventory movement within the store and warehouse to guarantee accurate tracking and accounting.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in audit.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
